Context
Disease is spotted late, advice rarely comes in the farmer’s own language, and it is hard to tell which buyer actually pays more once transport is counted.
Idea
Assume nobody types. The language picked at login drives both the text and the voice, and every journey can be done by tapping the mic and listening.
Craft
The crop doctor asks Gemini for disease, severity and treatment, and falls back to offline guidance when the quota or the network fails. Alerts spread by severity: 3 km for low, 8 km for moderate, 20 km for high. A lessons feed lets farmers post what they tried and what worked.
Outcome
A working Android app with English and Hindi fully translated, and Kannada, Tamil and Telugu partly covered, plus mandi prices, government schemes and a net earnings calculator.
